Method
- Scramble ground beef in skillet until done. Put it in a colander to drain the grease off and wipe out the skillet.
- Add 4 teaspoons of butter to the skillet, then add veggies and sautee till tender.
- Add ground beef back to the pan and add everything but the cheese. Boil till the broth is almost gone.
- Add both of the cheeses to the pan. Lower heat to medium and stir till the cheese is melted.
- Serve on a whole wheat bun.
