Ingredients
  

  • olive oil spray
  • 4 chicken tenders
  • 1/2 lemon quartered and sliced thin- save the other half for juice
  • cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 20 medium olives of your choice -- or 30 small olives
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Add chicken to olive oil sprayed pan.
  • Layer the lemon, cheese, onion, and olives on top of the chicken.
  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and drizzle over the chicken and layers.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
