Ingredients
  

  • 2 flat-bread wraps
  • olive oil spray
  • ½ cup pizza sauce, divided in half
  • 1 cup pepperoni crumbles, divided in half
  • ½ cup chopped ham, divided in half
  • 2 links Italian chicken sausage, sliced thin, divided
  • cups low-fat mozzarella cheese, divided in half

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Lightly spray both sides of the flatbreads and place directly on the rack in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes or until stiff.
  3. Layer pizza sauce, meat, and cheese on the toasted flatbread.
  4. Bake for 5-8 minutes or till the cheese gets melty.
