Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Add chicken broth and milk into a small pan. Heat till boiling. Mix in corn starch slurry and boil for 60 seconds.
- Mix potatoes, cheese, spices, and flour very well. Add corn starch gravy to the potato mixture and stir very well.
- Add the entire mixture into an olive oil sprayed casserole dish.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or till hot and bubbly. Let the casserole stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
