Giant Meat-za-balls

These Giant Meat-za-balls are filled with pizza flavors and baked up in pizza sauce. Great for a main dish or even a stuffed pita!

Ingredients
  

  • lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 cup minced pizza veggies , onions, peppers, mushrooms
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix meat and veggies together well. Form 4 meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs into a casserole dish filled with the jar of pizza.
  4. Add cheese to the tops of each meatball.
  5. Bake 45 minutes or until that cheese turns a beautiful golden brown.

Notes

*****Air Fryer Instructions*****
Assemble recipe except for the cheese on top and place in air fryer pan. Cook 10 minutes, add cheese and cook for 10-15 more minutes .
