- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 teaspoons butter
- ½ cup onion, diced
- ½ cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- ½ cup low sodium beef broth
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 wedge Laughing Cow Cheese, original
- 2½ tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
Scramble ground beef in skillet until done. Put it in a colander to drain the grease off and wipe out the skillet.
Add 4 teaspoons of butter to the skillet, then add veggies and sautee till tender.
Add ground beef back to the pan and add everything but the cheese. Boil till the broth is almost gone.
Add both of the cheeses to the pan. Lower heat to medium and stir till the cheese is melted.
Serve on a whole wheat bun.
