regular yellow mustard,a big squirt, 2 different times
3slicesthin-sliced Swiss cheese, folded into ¼ squares, divided into 2 piles
6slicesdeli-style ham,folded into squares
¼-½cupcooked pork,diced or pulled into small pieces
12sliceshamburger dill pickles2 per slider
Butter and Mustard Slurry
2teaspoonsmelted butter
2teaspoonsDijon mustard
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
salt and cracked black pepper
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350o. Spray pan with olive oil spray. Place the bottom of the buns in the pan.
Layer each ingredient in this order (refer to pictures above). Squirt mustard on the bottom bun. Add 1 square cheese onto the mustard, Place ham slices on the cheese. Sprinkle the roast pork evenly across all the sliders. Add pickles and another square of cheese on each one. Finish with another big squirt of yellow mustard and the top bun.
Brush BUTTER AND MUSTARD SLURRY over the tops of all the sliders.
Cover with foil or pan lid. Cook 25 minutes. Uncover and cook another 10 minutes.
