Creamy Avocado Dressing

Thin to desired consistency.
Instructions
Layer bowl in this order: ½ cup rice, 1 medium honey lime chicken breast cubed, ½ cup pico de gallo, 2 tablespoons creamy avocado dressing.
Creamy Avocado Dressing
Mix the 1st four ingredients and stir well. Add the lemon/lime juice and/or almond milk as needed.
