- 1 or 2 whole wheat pita bread, or 1 whole wheat flatbread
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing, recipe included or clean store-bought
- 1 chicken tender, cooked
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2½ tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese, packed TIGHTLY into measuring spoon
- 2½ tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400°.
Toast pita/flatbread for 3-4 minutes on each side. Take out and cool completely.
Spread ranch dressing on pita/flatbread.
Layer cooked chicken, cooked turkey bacon, and cheese on bread.
Bake 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and it is the color you want it.
