Meatloaf

lean ground beef
, 1 pound = 9 muffins - 1 ½ pounds = 12 muffins

onion, minced

garlic powder

pepper to taste
olive oil spray
TOPPINGS

tablespoon
ketchup mixed with a little garlic powder- spread across 3 muffins
, count 1 sweetener teaspoon for the tablespoon
1
tablespoon
BBQ sauce- spread across 3 muffins
, I count 1 sweetener teaspoon for the tablespoon of my brand

tablespoons
white cheddar cheese, shredded
, count 3/5s Blue

Instructions
Mix all the meatloaf ingredients in a bowl. Squish with your hands till well mixed.
Measure 1 Red container (¾cup) meat mixture and divide among 3 muffins, approximately ¼ cup per muffin.
Add any of the toppings you want.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°.
21 Day Fix Container Counts for a 3 muffin serving: 1R PLUS whatever toppings you add.
Notes
** NOTE** You can use your imagination when it comes to toppings.
Ketchup with garlic powder and black pepper
1T ketchup for one sweetener teaspoon and an added teaspoon of brown sugar.
BBQ sauce. I use Stubb's Original Sauce.
Any variety of cheese you like.
Jalapeno slices and cheddar cheese
Capers and provolone
Cooked onions
Mustard and pickles
Pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese
The possibilities are ENDLESS!!
