Healthy Egg Salad {Portion Fix/21 Day Fix}

This Healthy Egg Salad is perfect for a sandwich. I often eat it in lettuce leaves to help get those veggies into my day.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large boiled eggs, peeled and mashed
  • 2 tablespoons Mayo-Based Ranch Dressing ** recipe in notes 2 Tablespoons = 1 Orange container
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mash eggs and add ranch dressing, mustard, and a little salt and pepper.
  • Mix well and taste to adjust salt and pepper.
