- 1 tablespoon hot sauce or to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing, ** 2 tablespoons = 1 Orange container
- pickled red onion
- lettuce leaves such as romaine
Mix the chickpeas, hot sauce, garlic powder, and black powder together. Refrigerate for as long as possible. (2+ hours recommended)
Divide your portions of the chickpea mixture between your lettuce leaves. (¾ cup for Vegans or ½ cup for Non-Vegans)
Drizzle ranch dressing across each one.
Add pickled red onion to each leaf.
