Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing, ** 2 tablespoons = 1 Orange container
  • pickled red onion
  • lettuce leaves such as romaine

Method
 

  1. Mix the chickpeas, hot sauce, garlic powder, and black powder together. Refrigerate for as long as possible. (2+ hours recommended)
  2. Divide your portions of the chickpea mixture between your lettuce leaves. (¾ cup for Vegans or ½ cup for Non-Vegans)
  3. Drizzle ranch dressing across each one.
  4. Add pickled red onion to each leaf.
