Super Bowl? ANY Bowl????? Being on a diet or eating healthy in general does not have to mean that you have to sacrifice fun-food and flavor!! I have lost 55lbs by eating things like tacos, burgers, chili, spaghetti …….. real food, just “fixed”! Hubby, Jeff and I don’t go anywhere for the “big” game. We just sit home and eat and drink watch commercial and the 1/2 time show. Then eat and drink some more! The best part? We do NOT have to drive home when its over!!! On a quest for healthier living, I have changed some things dramatically and other things have been smaller changes. One of those changes has been to increase the number of veggies that I eat daily. I am perfectly fine with that…cooked or raw veggies are easy for me! I laugh and say that I could almost be a vegetarian… almost. One my favorite foods in the whole wide world is a good salad!
