- 4 med chicken tenders
- salt and pepper
- 1 large egg beaten with 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
- olive oil spray
Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350°
Spray rack for air fryer or rack for an oven-safe dish.
Salt and pepper the chicken tenders.
Make an egg wash with egg and water in 1 bowl.
Put crushed cornflakes in another bowl.
Dip each chicken tender in egg wash and then roll in cornflakes. Place on the sprayed rack.
Sprinkle the rest of the cornflake crumbs over the 4 chicken tenders and spray very well with olive oil spray.
Bake 20-25 minutes or till golden brown.
