  • 1 pound ground chicken or ground turkey
  • olive oil spray
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoons paprika
  • teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • teaspoons crushed fennel seeds
  • cup water


  • Brown ground meat in skillet sprayed with olive oil spray. Drain.
  • Add all spices and water to the skillet. Cook on low for about 15 minutes or till the water is evaporated.
