This Healthy Egg Salad is perfect for a sandwich. I often eat it in lettuce leaves to help get those veggies into my day.

- 4 large boiled eggs, peeled and mashed
- 2 tablespoons Mayo-Based Ranch Dressing ** recipe in notes 2 Tablespoons = 1 Orange container
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Mash eggs and add ranch dressing, mustard, and a little salt and pepper.
Mix well and taste to adjust salt and pepper.
